The resort had a beautiful beach and great entertainment staff that made our stay enjoyable. However, the food quality was lacking, and service could be slow at times, with beach towels often unavailable. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, impacting the overall experience.

I loved how everything was close by, including Amber Cove Beach just a short 500 meters away, perfect for leisurely strolls along the shore, and the vibrant Ocean World only about 4 km away, making it easy to explore during my stay. this place truly exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for single travelers like me seeking relaxation and fun experiences.

i had a great time in puerto plata and senator was a standout. the gardens were beautifully maintained, and the staff genuinely made my stay memorable. i appreciated the variety in dining options, especially the 24-hour sports bar.

The room was really comfortable, the bed was really big and comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful, food was really good. The staff were great and they put us on an imperial room instead of a luxury one.
